AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our service-oriented approach starts at the beginning with helping select the right finishes for the right design and budget. Once decided, we help the client meet the desired end result. Whether it is advice or providing additional services such as supervision, training or full supply and apply. Our service does not stop after a project is completed. We believe client satisfaction is very important so well after the project is completed, we do regular follow ups with the client to see if there are any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction. In fact, DecoMAS was the first in the industry to add a warranty to its application services. Something that still today is very rare in the industry, but we believe that an interior is an important and sometimes a significant investment that should come with ease of mind.

In 2016, we started our visionary venture in the Philippines with the birth of DecoMAS Philippines.
